I'm officially a housewife, and proud of it. And if you have a problem with that, consult my HUSBAND, Mr. SSMG.
I think I might have new readers in the bubble. My WOBFF (wedding officiant BFF) quoted the bubble many, many times in her ceremony and it was the best PR I've ever had. Perhaps I will actually have some readers moving forward, which is good because somehow this blog has to earn me some kind of a living since in the past year I have a) enlisted in school to get my masters in counseling, b) dropped out of school to get my masters in counseling, c) enrolled in school to get my personal training certificate and d) dropped out of school to get my personal training certificate. I am now considering taking piano and tennis lessons. And, perhaps, becoming a professional softball player.
Really what I should do is become a professional matchmaker. Not of a romantic kind mind you, but I find I'm very good at finding the right people for other people to hire to do things for them. That means that I don't actually have to have any skills of my own, I just need to find people who do have skills and match them up with someone who has a need for someone with those skills.
So newcomers, I have no idea how to notify you that I have "posted" on my blog (there's something that says "subscribe" at the bottom of the page) so unless you remember to check it about once a week (mostly on Saturdays after I've had my Friday evening happy hour which is when I tend to blog) you won't know I've written. Hey, I'm not a computer genius. I'm a writer. I don't know how to do anything else but write. People are always, like, why don't you do marketing? PR? Website design? Oh, I have the perfect job for you writing technical manuals for a software company...Well, I'm completely computer illiterate, and you can't be a writer for a company if you can't design shit and do social media and stuff. All I do is have thoughts and put them down on paper. That's it. No one in their right mind is going to pay me for that.
Hence, the bubble. Welcome friends.
